Neither community volunteers information. The Snake Spirit Guardian withholds deliberately and the Taurus Spirit Guardian simply does not think to mention things, so a misunderstanding can run a full year before it surfaces. Fire feeds Earth in the cycle, so the effort tends to flow one way — the Snake Spirit Guardian drives, and eventually notices it is always the one driving.
