Energetic, adventurous, charismatic, independent, competitive. The Horse Spirit Guardian generates more forward motion than any other community and is genuinely enjoyable to be around while doing it. It does not need to be motivated, supervised or convinced; it needs somewhere to point.

The shadow is what happens when there is nowhere. Impulsiveness comes first — this community commits at speed and reconsiders afterwards, in public. Restlessness is second and it is chronic: stillness reads to the Horse Spirit Guardian as decline, so it will manufacture a new undertaking rather than sit inside a finished one. Third is a domineering streak that arrives without intention, because a community moving this fast tends to assume agreement it never actually collected.

This is the exact opposite point of the cycle from where it began, and the placement carries a warning inside the compliment: the peak is real, and it is also the turn. Fire at full strength gives the community its heat and its impatience in the same stroke. Everything this community is good at, it is good at now — which is why it finds the idea of pacing itself faintly insulting.
