What Intellect measures

Intellect measures the machinery of learning, planning and analysis — how a mind takes a problem apart, not how much it already knows. The axis draws on the strategist avatars and on the scholarly artifact pairs, and it is unusual in the catalogue for how much of its weight sits in formations rather than in single stars: two of the strongest contributions on this axis only exist when a specific pair appears together, which means a chart can be quietly strong here in a way no single placement reveals. It leans on the Genesis palace more than any other axis does. What it does not measure is application. A high reading describes an instrument, and instruments sit unused as easily as they get played.

Vessel Stats are one of the four readings Bond Level 2 unlocks. They are scored from a full birth chart, so the hour, day and month all matter — a birth year on its own produces no chart and therefore no scores.
